While you are out you are to drink lots of liquids, the drawback is you can not use the bathroom until you are so desperate to pee you are dribbling. Now you may walk to a bathroom a minimum 5 minutes away. You are not allowed to assist yourself in holding in any way. You are to skip, hop, jump, and anything that makes the chance of an accident higher. If you make it to the bathroom with just light leaking, ie only your underwear are damp you may pee normally. If you have leaked enough to have a visible wet spot or more on your pants, once you enter the bathroom you are to pee completely as soon as you enter the bathroom. Clean up the puddle you make and then you may go home in your wet pants.
