Let’s go with the same dare:

Loser sends the winner 4 wedgie types. The Winner gives the loser 4 dares based on loser likes&dislikes, and the wedgie type. Loser can choose to do all four, or they can decided to choose one for the winner to make it much harder, if they complete the harder one the winner must do all three of the other ones that the loser didn’t do.
