B) Put 2 messy foods in your socks and go for a walk.
Honestly don't see any issue on this one,but am too lazy to process...
#3 Cross-Dress (male)
A) Wear thongs under your clothes for a 3 full days.
Married and with kids... But will give it a try once I get back to office (now I am basically constantly staying home)
#4 Toilet
C) Only use the toilet a max of once a day.
It's gonna be hard, but not so gross...

B) Go for a walk in a wedgie that people can see
