1 hour beforehand drink 1L of water. Put on a thick diaper. For the next two hours drink a glass of water every 30 minutes. If you can make it for three hours without an accident you can take it off and use the bathroom. If you have an accident then tough luck, add another diaper on top and stay in it with no bathroom allowed for the rest of the day.
