Bathroom rules and schedules for a whole day
I would like rules and schedules for at least one day, to follow tomorrow.
Give me rules or a schedule for the whole day: how many times I can pee and what the conditions are, decide my water intake etc. I will choose the best schedule or ruleset and post my decision here and tomorrow I will report how it's going.
If this works well I may decide to keep this going for longer, now that we are on vacation.
Please nothing too extreme, I don't want to be desperate the whole day. I want it to be a bit challenging but the control aspect is what turns me on the most.
