1. Clothespins on nipples for 2 minutes per line
2. Do 20 jumping jacks at the end of the duration, for each line.
3. Put rubber bands around the Clothespins so they get more force. Put them off after 3 Minutes.
4. Melt ice cube with nipples for each 2 lines
5. Do 2 rubberband snaps per line on each nipple.
6. After each line, twist nipples and hold for 30 seconds
7. Attach 100g (1/5 pounds) per line to your nipples for 3mins by using a string or clamps.
8. All lines must be done in one session without break
9. Put clothespins on your nipples for 30 minutes. Rotate them 90 degrees every D6 minutes.
