If you're like me, you've sat on this site going through all the wetting threads here multiple times and can just never find anything just quick and simple that you can come back to time and again. Well hopefully I can help with this.

So first and foremost, you're going to need a full bladder before starting this, so run along until that's the case. Now here are some simple orders. If you're diapered at this time, whatever diaper you're in is now locked on for 8 hours. For the entire 8 hours, you're "incontinent." Go have fun and come back undiapered for more fun.
If you're in training pants or pullups, you have two choices. 1. Pee right now without moving, oops! 2. 10 seconds to reach the potty, letting go as soon as 10 seconds is up. If you made it to the potty, good job, come back undiapered for more fun. If you had an accident, either diaper up and go 8 hours incontinent, or try again.
If you're in panties and skirt, you can choose between, 1. Knees locked together tight enough to be unable to pull panties down past them, forcing you to pee through them or pulling them halfway down and wallsitting. 2. Can walk normally to the potty, but relax the entire walk. 3. Sit down with the skirt out of the way and pee through panties onto whatever you're sitting on.
If in pants, hold it until desperate, then depending on location, follow rules. If in public, make your way to the bathroom, but for every attractive person you see on your way there, you must relax for 5 seconds. If in your car, you must relax until you begin peeing freely before trying to stop just using muscles. (Peeing freely usually takes about 2 seconds unless extremely desperate.) If at home, you can go potty if you can see the bathroom. If you cannot see the bathroom currently, it is not available to you. What you can visibly see is what's available to you as a bathroom. See an empty cup that will work? Great! The only option you can see is your pants on you? Uh oh, guess you're having an accident! Your roommates water bottle is within reach? Someone is going to have one salty beverage, and it won't be you, unless that's your thing, then go for it.
Finally, if you are naked, you must piss somewhere, but it won't be into any sort of drain or container. You must find some absorbent material to piss into. Bf's/Gf's pants, a towel, your bed/couch, and the carpet are all options for you.

If none of this will do for you, you're too picky and need time to think to yourself. Go put your nose in a corner, on your knees. Don't get up until your bladder is empty.
