I'm not usually into much bondage stuff, but thought I'd try this out.

4.30 minutes
6.Two Rolls in Part C Two rolls in part D
2.Ankles together
6.Toes Together (I suggest rubber bands)
1.Left wrist to Right ankle
5.String Wedgie Tied as tight as possible
2. Headphones playing choice of music
2. Edge every 5 minutes of time limit (round to nearest 5)

30 minutes went by OK since I had the headphones for tunes, but after the second edge I had difficulty staying hard cuz of the pain from position I was tied into. I got by though and completed all the edges. The headphones turned out to be a bit of a distraction near the end.
