Each night 4 hours before bed you must drink 2L of water and the toilet is offlimits. if you wake up and need to go toilet you must release where you are and same when you wake up naturally if your bed isn't wet.
You must also sleep wearing lingerie - a cute bra, panty set with either stockings or thigh socks.
