So this can be done as a forfeit for a game, or simply as an assignment or punishment for a sub.
The winner or Dom instructs the sub how to dress or to bring a sign, dunce cap, bunny ears or other attribute of their choice. The sub/loser then has to go to a place nearby where there is a public webcam and stand there in clear view of the webcam for a certain amount of time.
Meanwhile the winner can watch the sub/loser stand there with his/her sign, duncecap etc... on
https://www.webcamtaxi.com/en/ or a similar site that gives access to the chosen webcam.
If multiple webcams are near obviously Dom/winner gets to choose.
Extra rules could be a certain pose, not being allowed to move, having to stand in the direction chosen by Dom. Having to do simple movements, rotations Etc...
Keep in mind the public when doing this. It's ok to humiliate a loser or sub by doing something funny. it's not ok to confront the public with unasked for perversity or violations.
