You could do the same.
1. dollar per task
1. dollar every time you touch and/or edge yourself without it being part of a task
5 dollars every time you cum if it is ruined
10 if it is not ruined
20 if you don't recycle and eat it afterwards.
Adjust as needed, and if you can't pay at the time of the action a punishment should happen for sure. For me, It was to sell my own things to a 2nd hand shop, eBay or market place to get the money, I was never allowed to use funds from our regular budget.
Have fun! It sure makes you appreciate the toys more when you have to earn them and/or sell your old things to get the money to do it.

They really added to the denial, and i absolutely love that. I had to adjust a little to fit what I already had. For instance, I already had a punishment for not paying, so instead of
having to get it, i just put that if I sold something, all the money should go to pay the debt. But I'll probably gonna change it later, so I can force myself to sell stuff also.
