To play STATE you are joining
and give your KIK address.

Once joined send any one on the list
a dare within their limits.

If you receive a dare complete it reporting back to the
Person who gave you the dare.

If you cannot complete the dare report back
that you have FAILED. Just report back with the
words FAILED.
If you have failed create a new dare and send it to someone
else on the list. However you must complete the
dare first yourself.

If you succeed in carrying out the dare you must pass it on to
someone else on the list.

You are only allowed to initially post one dare and from then on only
when you have been given a dare and are passing it on.

I will start but will only post my first dare if six people
have joined.
