Start with drinking 1L of water or favorite beverage. You will then drink another 500ml every half hour for 2 hours and 250 ml for 2 more hours after that. You are to pee at the slightest need to go for for the first 2 hours then switch to holding until you burst for the next two hours. I would suggest the next hour you pee at the slightest need again, but your free to go whenever after the 4 hours.
