You’re going to start this dare when you’re already busting to goto the bathroom. Diaper up and go into public.

You’re gonna fill a water bottle up before you go, try to go somewhere you can refill it. How much water you need to drink is up to you tho- and it all depends on how long you think that diaper can last.

5 hours- you must drink 200 ml an hour (total 1 litre)

4 hours- you must drink 400 ml an hour (total 1.6 litres)

3 hours- you must drink 600 ml an hour (total 1.8 litres)

2 hours- you must drink 1 litre each hour (total 2 litres)

If you chose to stay out for 4 hours or less, when you arrive home you may not change until 6 hours total time has passed from when you first started this punishment.
