1) 2 Clothespins on balls / clit for 5 minutes
2. Put 4 clothespins on each inner thigh for 5 minutes
3. After 5 minutes are passed, remove all with slaps
4. Attach 4 clothespins on abdominal area, 2 to each side of the bellybutton
