I'd say you need a punishment.
Since its Friday you can edge 20 times.
Put on your nipple clamps and kneel. Do five edges this way and tug on the clamps after each one.
Get on your hands and knees do five more edges.
You can take off the clamps and use your vibrator to do 7 more edges.
The last three edges you can do standing on one foot.
