Go to the nearest fast food place with a diaper on and get as many of these things as you can.
-Ketchup
-Mayonnaise
-Dressing
-Syrup
-Hot Sauce(not too much)
-Butter
-Ice Cream
-Any drink they have(just not water)
-Any fruit they have
Then go into a bathroom(or secluded area) and dump all of them into your diaper. Walk around outside for a good thirty minutes.
