I don't think BDSM punishments are what you need to deal with something as selfish as what you did. Those rules are have real life consequences like the possibility of people dying or getting critically and life altering ill. Especially considering the fact that most people who come here to ask for punishment actually enjoy the humiliation, pain, etc. on some level, I think this actually downplays what you did.

I think your real punishment should be to reflect on your actions and how they may affect the vulnerable people in your life.
