Well, this is not a good idea. You might have a bit of alcohol so it's easier to talk for you. But if you want to drink so you "push her limits", it can lead to serious problems in the relationship, she might get mad, you both say some rough words and will seriously regret them. And you'll never want to open that topic again.
I suggest to be open and honest, and show that you'll respect her opinion whatever the opinion is.
