Kk bu that one was weak lol and for u u must ummmmm sleep with 2 rope tied to a hole in ur undies and also ropes tied to ur legs now the undie ropes must be attached above ur head to the posts on ur bed then u must tie the legs to the other posts until u ar stretched and u must stay until u pee and poo and then stay there for 2 hours or completely clean out the underwear with your mouth and then use a gag all day also even I u don't clean it out u must use it as a gag inside out for 24 hours
