Whilst some people are happy to sleep with a butt plug overnight, there is advice that this is only recommended if you are practiced in wearing it throughout the day. I note that you have said some anal in your likes and so, as with any task on here, I wouldn't recommended you do this unless you are completely satisfied that it is safe for you to do.
