For this dare you will need at least one female friend who will join you on a night out without underwear.
Go to a drinking establishment (pub, bar, club, whatever) and order a round for the "Pantiless Sisterhood" (or, y'know, a German translation/equivalent); in other words: yourself and friend(s).
If anyone asks if you are pantiless, offer to show them, and try to be as nonchalant as possible.
If anyone tries to check without asking, inform they only need to ask if they want to see your ass/pussy/whatever.
If there are any other women going pantiless (or decides to ditch them), offer to buy them a drink.
