Dare him to trade underwear for a day; you put on the tightest underwear of his you can get on, and he puts on the largest and loosest underwear you own. Whoever asks to trade back first gets punished however the other sees fit.
Bonus points to you if your underwear is loose enough that you can give him an atomic wedgie!
