2. Install Qustodio on all your devices.
3. Boomer gets getdare password
4. Boomer can block getdare from loser
5. Loser can have have the control stopped but has to be exposed online of he does.
6. Qustodio is installed with teamviewer so only the boomer knows the password
7. loser can complete task to get qustodio categories released
8. but each task that the loser fails a new category is blocked
