Spend 5 minutes destroying hour face on that 8" dildo.
Ensure you are plugged too, if that plug pops out when you gag you need to be punished.
If that is the case, down one glass of milk or milkshake, then repeat until you can go 5 minutes without it popping out.
If you fail again, 2 glasses..... and so forth.
