A long time. All I could do was wiggle toes, squirm and wait for the alarm. Sock gag gets very soggy and legs cramp a bit. I was glad when blindfold came off, gag out and ankles untied and let down to floor. A good solid corner time.
I'm ready for another suggestion. Just corner time bondage/self bondage. No messy or public stuff.

get naked and tie your toes to your balls and then stand in the corner for 30min on the points of your toes!
