Sounds very nice but also somewhat unrealistic for most people, especially those without secure and comfortable chastity-device plus key-holder. So if this is too much, here is an alternative:
For every orgasm you have to wear a butt-plug for five days straight, with the only breaks being for toilet-use. If the orgasm wasn't anal-only, you have to wear panties, pantyhose and a bra for one week afterwards to balance out your feminine behaviour.
