The only issue is if the plug sticks out (like a tail plug), in such a way that it could be pushed further in. If it can, you shouldn't wear it in any situation where you can fall, because then it could be pushed in brutally and cause injuries. Otherwise if it's secure and doesn't stick out I'd go for it!
