I think its time the birthday boy gets a severe birthday spanking from each party attendee. Each person will apply 16 spanks (15 for each year + 1 to grow on) as hard as they can. He will call the count on each swat -- if he messes the count, it restarts at the beginning. Additionally, if he cries out or begs then to stop, he will have an "object" inserted that has been coated with toothpaste or a heat rub!
