Your goal is to make 100 pushups.
you will wear clothespins on your nipples, cock and balls. Every time you pause, you will connect something relatively light(50-100g) to each clothespin, and in that way that it rests on the floor in "down" position and tug on clothespins when you are rising.
if any of the clothespins fall off, repeat from the beginning
