How about having a webpage where you can submit a picture for a particular month and then other people can go to the same webpage and make a calendar by selecting the pictures that they want?

I can make it so that all pictures must be approved before being displayed though.

Could work, if you are able to set it all up. Still best to wait for a number of submissions though
