Thanks for this idea! p4gfrat and I just played this. However, we tweeked it so instead of the loser cumming, a second game was played. In game 2 the winner re-dressed and the loser stayed naked. Instead of stripping, during game 2 the loser actually put articles ON instead of taking an article off. However the articles were.

1.) 1 clothespin on each nipple
2.) Collar
3.) 2nd clothespin on each nipple
4.) Gag
5.) 3rd clothespin on each nipple.

Also each card drawn by the game 1 loser in the 2nd game cost him a roll from the following die:

1st game went rather quick as I picked 2 10s early on in the game. p4g later drew 2 jacks in a row, which put him over.

DUring game 2, if was fun watching p4g do squats and pushups...unfortunately, he couldn't control himself on the edging, so our game ended short.

We should have created a penalty for cumming without permission.

He was sentenced to 30 minutes of cornertime for being the ultimate loser.
