Get several large bottles of hand cream like sorbolene. Either get a hand pump dispenser of some sort of icing bag that you use for decorating cakes. Either way, fill it up with hand cream. Get on all fours, head down, and pump or squeeze as much cream up your ass as you can take. It will try to leak out, so you will need to clamp your ass muscles tight.
