Dress up a little nice (more formal like a little black dress-ish) go down to your hotel lounge (or another nearby lounge) where there might be some more mature/businesslike men there. Sit by yourself as if you are waiting for someone, but if someone approaches, let on that you've been stood up. This game : you are not allowed to say no to the guy. If he suggests something you have to agree to anything suggested (within safe limits of course)!
