I personally think that if people were more open to casual nudity, either in public, or small groups with people they trust (for example, at home with family and/or friends), you'd see less occurrences of body image issues and an increase in body positivity in culture overall. Again agree with this completely, although can never be sure unless it's put into practice.
Although the people I've chatted to who have had this kind of lifestyle do seem to have a better body image.
