Well then, let's start with training.

First thing will be making sure you are healthy and well producing, so for the next 2 days you are forbidden to eat or drink carbohydrates, if you accept this training challenge.

So no sugary drinks, no bread, no noodles, no potatoes, and no fruits or other sugary things.

Get on a protein rich diet...

Good and nutritious meals could be: eggs and ham, meat, yoghurt (only pure of course), salad and vegetables are allowed as a side dish, though not 100% free of carbohydrates. Be careful with dressings on the salad, they most likely are forbidden (sugar)...

Once you have completed this task, you may add 1 point to your signature under the category.
