Tried to stay with insanehuman455's ideas as far as posible (although i am no fan of poo dares
) but without diapers...
Humiliating stuff:
1 sleep in one pair of pants (nothing else) for a week
2 For 24 hours, you have to go outside if you want to use the "bathroom"
3 wear duct tape bra and pants for 2 nights
4 pee yourself in a public place (mall)
5 every time you need to use the bathroom go in a bucket, at the end of the day, put the bucket on your head like a helmet for 15 minutes
6 roll again
