if you are level 3:
1) tie your boobs with some rubber bands, around the base. Apply at least 6 rubber bands.
2) start hitting them, hard, in this order:
-20 hits on each nipple with a wooden spoon
-25 hits on the top of each tit with the spoon
-25 hits on the bottom part of each boob with the spoon
