I'm giving you both the same task I've given everyone else, but no one has been brave enough for it:
This might not seem very painful at first, but trust me it will be after several hours. This isn't just painful physically, but mentally as well.
Here is what you are going to do. I want you to find a small enclosed space like a closet, box, trunk or suitcase that you can fit inside of. It should be a very tight fit. You will spend the night stored away naked. Do this on a night when you can sacrifice a good night sleep because you won't sleep well.
