Pass a belt in 2 large rubber bands so that the bands are at the back of the belt. Tie the belt around yourself but before closing, pull on the bands to pass them between your legs and pass the front of the belt in the bands. At the end you should have a crotch type made of rubber bands and snap them 5 times.
Wear a skirt above that and go for a 30mn walk (you can choose the rest of your clothing). Every 10 steps snap the bands under your skirt hard.
