You ll have to wear a diaper for 3 consecutive days (preferably a long week end) while following this rules :

- you can change diapers only once every 24 hours.
- you have to drink at least 3 liters of water, a port of cold coffee each day and a small glass of vegetable oil with each meal.
- be sure to each rich meal with no rice
- edge one every jour in your diaper.
- no shower during those days (you want to be messy, be messy !)
- make yourself cum in this diaper before you change.
