From now on no more standing to pee. You have to sit like a good girl. no matter where. sit with knees together and ankles apart. you have to wipe too. GO for 40 days without accidentally standing. if you forget to sit then start the 40 day count again.
maybe wear panties as a reminder.
go search the internet for how to tuck videos and learn.
get super tight skinny jeans so when you tuck and wear them it looks like you don't have man parts.
