Put the icy hot on your tooth brush. Then use the tooth brush to tease your nipples for 5 minutes, switching back and forth. When the five minutes are up, clothes pin your nipples.
Reapply icy hot to the tooth brush. Work the tooth brush up your lips until you reach your clit. Once there, apply firm pressure and do not remove for 10 minutes.
