I have tried to wear it at night but it is too painful when I get an erection: which I DO get during the night. The cage cannot prevent them.
As for work: it's visible under my pants. I have only worn it to the supermarket in baggy paints which are better (but not perfect) at hiding it. But I don't wear such pants to work.
