   Not sure. Possibly our own KLM. It really isn't great. Cramped and generally unfriendly stewardesses.

   I hardly recall any airports.

   I remember an airport in Texas that was terrible. Took so long to get to the opposite side of it for my connecting flight that I almost missed it.

   The movie "The Terminal"

   I once had to spend several hours on a very boring airport that had nothing to do. And the city where it was terrible as well.

   Once, but I got them back eventually.
9. What is your best lost-luggage story?
   I once lost my bag but then eventually some guy from the airport personally delivered it to my hotel. That was nice.

    I have

    All the states of New England, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, California, I think that's it for tourist visits. (I don't count Texas as that was only for airport transfer)

    Denver, New York, San Fransisco, Chicago
13. What sights/places/events did you like best?
    Yosemite National Park, Alcatraz, Walt Disney World
14. What is the farthest north you have been?
    Sweden
