For mine I took bra insert you would find I sports bra or bathing suit and covered it in tacks. For panties I took a patch repair adhesive cloth covered it with tacks and inserted into the pocket of an old thong. Th tack bra I shove in whatever bra I'm wearing and to increase pressure I put on more sports bras over it.
