Put two clothes pegs on your perineum, two on your ball sack and one on each nipple. Make sure they stay attached for five minutes. Then roll a die and spend an additional two minutes wearing the clothes pegs for each time you didn't roll a six. When you rolled a six, you may take them off without opening them, so pulling them off.
