Wear a bra and panties. Wear (male) gym shorts over your panties and a regular t-shirt (not too loose, not too tight) over your bra. Go buy one "female" item at a store (lip gloss, nail polish, hair ribbons/band, jeans, sweatshirt - the item can be as subtle as you'd like).
