No, well maybe when I was very young but I don't remember doing so.

Yes. When I was about 19 and at a house party. I slept/passed out on the floor and woke up to find I'd wet myself in my sleep. Luckily I left and caught a bus home before anyone I knew realised.

Not on a date. I was feeling ill once and ended up fainting on a public bus. Upon regaining consciousness I discovered that I had released my bowels and had messed myself with diarrhoea. Definitely not my finest moment.

No. I rarely fart.

I once tried to buy an adult magazine when I was about 16. I had no ID, so was refused and had to go and put it back.

Yes. Once or twice whilst wearing very feminine underwear. Never whilst wearing a diaper though.
