ok, bit of a challenge for you. Go to your local pharmacy and but a bottle of castor oil (its cheap). Before bed, mix a drink using the castor oil. Something like about 10ml of castor oil for every kg you weigh with something like a MacDonalds milk shake, or you can add to a glass of juice or any strong flavoured drink to mask the taste. Follow this with two-three glasses of water to wash it down.
Put a diaper on and go to bed. You are now not allowed to get out of bed till the morning and you are definately not allowed to take the diaper off or use the toilet.
